Use caution when using their pick-up and delivery service; when I used it, an executive called and purposefully spoke too quickly, offering to complete many tasks for me; I declined all of them and told him only to provide basic service; however, when I received the bill, I was shocked to see that some tasks had been completed that I had refused, and when I asked for them to be undone, he said, "I'm sorry I can't do anything, but now it's billed."
